The Tell-Tale Heart

Edgar Allan Poe

A deep, blood-soaked burgundy pink gives way to a cool green sheen along its edges. Inspired by Edgar Allan Poe's The Tell-Take Heart, its shifting colors evoke a heartbeat that grows louder the more it is concealed, and the anxiety and guilt that inevitabilty seep through the silence.
